I heard that if there is one thing that women care about a lot, it is shoes while men are more concerned on watches, as in collecting watches at that. I asked a few male friends before just to confirm it and I heard a majority of positive responses. Especially those who already have a job and can afford buying watches up to the most expensive price they can afford, they exclaimed a big “yes” and even dubbed a watch being one of the most important accessories they have on just as how important time is to them.
Watches though are not just for men to care a lot about and collecting watches isn’t just a man’s thing. My younger sister actually is crazy over watches. She has her own collection of cute, fancy, trendy and fun watches in her loot. She is collecting just for the fun of looking at a line of watches in her box. Although those that she has collected are just cheap ones, it was still “collecting”. So with that, I knew watches are for women to collect too. Besides, time is important not just to men.
Watches can be some people’s weaknesses that they collect a file of it to the extent. Rich people either men or women for sure have their own wide collection of watches. I learned that most watch collectors prefer self-winding watches as they are cool and well, they work automatically when worn. For sure there are self-winding or automatic watches stored in their Volta watch winder to keep it winding when unused. To meticulous some and to those who want the collecting fun and stylish, they prefer watch winder single storage for each watch. For some reason, it makes them feel complete just by looking at their collection of expensive watches even though they can only wear one at a time.

I like to wear a guy’s watch. My watch is really huge and masculine looking and people likes it. It seems pretty cool for me for a woman to wear a man’s watch.

I too used to collect watches when I was growing up…but not into watches these days.
Nah… my husband is not the type that collects watches. As a matter of fact, he wears even the cheapest kind, as long as it can give him the exact time. Ako ang sucker of watches. I buy him the watches that he wears. And recently, I got ourselves a good pair.
i am very picky when it comes to watches, although i am not looking for a brand name, i wanted to get someone that would be the apple of my eye..this once great, love the color and design
No wonder why my husband got interested more on watches that buying himself a new pair of socks or jeans…hmmm….
I do not like to collect watches but bags/purses I am obsess…
