The first time I learned about this shoes dubbed “Scary Beautiful” I was like “it isn’t scary beautiful, it is just scary and it is even ugly”. I didn’t know yet of the story behind its creation or its invention, I just blurted out the judgement based on first impression. After fully understanding how it was made, I realized it is indeed “scary beautiful”. I appreciate the idea, creativity and the goal of the makers of this shoes.
The goal of this shoes it to “challenge our current beauty ideals by inflicting an unexpected new beauty standard.” Based on my understanding on that quoted line, it is implying us to check on what really is the real beauty. Oftentimes we get the idea of what is beautiful through perfect things – perfectly-proportioned body, perfectly-toned skin and the likes, which are all fake but we all expect to be anyway.
I have come up a (I dare call it) beauty equation of this beauty standard. It is like having the feet of a ballerina + the upper body of a hunchback = a female human dinosaur.
So, what if it is the new standard of beauty, will you wear this shoes? I might try it on me if I get a chance but will never sport it round or tire myself walking on it around. Sitting all day would be fine to wear this shoes and could be perfect to scare away perverts.

It is scary because you will have to take a risk in wearing this kind of shoe.It said to be beautiful because of a new and unique style,which can become a trend and fashion in the near future.

this is the most ridiculous footwear i’ve ever seen. I don’t consider this as fashion, instead i’ll think of it as danger with fractured involved. tsk tsk tsk tsk. I don’t know who made it and he surely is insane and crazy lol
those shoes are crazy! How could they be able to wear those and walk? See, she ended up sitting anyway! lol or is it a pair of shoes for sitting? hehehe
only lady gaga has the gaga ability to wear this crazy style of shoes. gosh, forget about fashion and such, just think of your self and your personal safety wearing this shoes.
