admin I partied out with sister last Friday night in a quite odd get-up, a get-up that I usually just wear when at home slacking. Tired to dress up, I went out in just a shorty denim shorts and a big shirt (hubby’s), which is my comfortable clothing to wear around the house. I only pair it with this new fancy yellow zipped tote I thrifted for only 260 pesos at a Chinese store here in the city early that day and a pair of old yellow sling wedge. I completed it with a light make-up and a half ponytail hair-do.
Thrifted:
Zipped Tote – Php260.00 ($6.50)
Sling Wedge – Php310.00 ($7.60)
Denim shorts – Php180.00 ($4.40)
Off we went. Two or three hours later, I went home alone wet with rain. I went home first as I wanted to throw up after two bottles of red horse beer. I can last with hard drinks.
This get-up surely made me visible that night. Eyes were on me but whether they approved my style or panned it, I could only care less. Just as what I said in my FB status, wear it confidently and you’ll be fine. Besides, I felt comfortable with it. So it was all that matters. Credits to my brother for taking the pictures. And oh, please please excuse the poor shots and the clutters.
