my dad hated wearing one, he feels not comfortable wearing one, but, we need to make him wear diapers regularly because of incontinence.
I hope though that if I would reach the age that wearing adult diaper is necessary, my kids are with me to assist.

i have some here from my pregnancy. i used adult briefs after i gave birth to my little one. its good to have some of these in the house just in case.
When hubby got a motorcycle accident, he had a bone fractured on his left leg. He couldn’t move and it was hard for him to pee and poop. I honestly suggested to him to wear this adult diaper, but he refused.
I just don’t know if he was shy to wear this or he wasn’t comfortable to wear it. 
They are great for bed bound people, like really old or infirm.
This brand is really popular in Germany. Difficult to find in some other countries. We get them online (for my grandmother who is bed bound) in the UK from Every Nappy (linked above). They have a plastic cover which is going out of fashion, but we prefer it because they don’t leak! Try to compare them with other brands to see what I mean, the “fabric” ones I don’t think work as well.
